Buzzu is the mascot of BeeReady™, our school readiness program.

We chose the bee because it symbolizes learning, exploration, connection, contribution, and growth. But Buzzu represents something even deeper—Career Pollination™.

Just as bees pollinate ecosystems and create new possibilities, young people learn, connect, contribute, and create opportunities for themselves and others. Through Career Pollination™, students discover strengths, explore interests, build relationships, and prepare for future educational and career choices.

Buzzu reminds us that careers are not built through a single decision. They grow through learning, experiences, connections, and contribution over time.
