Meet Our General Management Council (GMC)

The General Management Council (GMC) is the student leadership body of WRRP.

It is responsible for guiding programs, supporting learners, and ensuring that WRRP stays true to its purpose.

The GMC works collaboratively across learning, operations, outreach, and community building—learning to lead by serving others.

Together, they represent the voice, vision, and values of the WRRP student community.

S.Varshini , Vice President ;

Plays a key role in coordinating student initiatives and supporting smooth execution of WRRP activities. She works closely with teams to ensure ideas move from planning to action, while encouraging responsibility, collaboration, and learning by doing. Oversees WRRP growth plans.

M.R.Varun Karthik, Vice President - Finance & Operations

Plays a key role in maintaining financial discipline and operational stability within WRRP. The focus is on enabling teams to function efficiently while learning how systems, accountability, and structure support impact.

U.Somesh, Vice President - Corporate Experience & Expectation.

Plays a key role in managing readiness and reality by aligning student behavior and work practices with real corporate expectations and workplace standards

Priyadharshan, Vice President - People & Culture.

Plays a key role in shaping people and culture by developing a growth-oriented mindset and preparing students to engage realistically with the world of work.

C.Priyan, Vice President - Brand, Presence & Growth (Sales)

Plays a key role in building brand and presence by creating visibility, credibility, and opportunities that drive meaningful growth.

K M Subashree Vice President -Programs

Plays a key role in designing and coordinating programs that enable students to learn by doing—do to learn, see to reflect, act to grow—translating intent into real-world outcomes.
