Before WRRP had a Name
P.S. Senior Secondary School – Class XII students who participated in a two-year developmental journey exploring thinking, creativity, confidence, and personal growth. Many later returned as facilitators, helping teach and mentor children through learning programs conducted in the organization where I worked. A powerful reminder that learners can one day become teachers.
P.S. Senior Secondary School, Chennai. A memorable moment with the school's Correspondent and Principal, alongside Peter de Bono, brother of Dr. Edward de Bono, during his visit to facilitate and share insights on thinking and creativity. This encounter reinforced our belief that thinking skills can be taught, nurtured, and developed—an idea that would later influence the foundations of the Behaviouracy™ Model and WRRP.
The Hindu Senior Secondary School, Chennai. Peter de Bono, brother of Dr. Edward de Bono, with Mrs. Padmini, Principal, and Class XII students who participated in thinking and creativity programs. Experiences such as these reinforced our belief that thinking is not merely a talent—it is a skill that can be learned, practiced, and developed.
Receiving certification from Peter de Bono on the CoRT Thinking Program. This milestone deepened a lifelong commitment to understanding how thinking can be developed, taught, and applied in real life. The experience would later influence the evolution of Operacy™, the Behaviouracy™ Model, and the thinking foundations of WRRP.
A significant milestone in the founder's professional journey—receiving certification as a Master Behaviour Coach from Dr. Perry Zeus, internationally recognized author, educator, and pioneer in behavioural coaching.
